		<description>I think hard to beat &quot;Miracle,&quot; &quot;Wonderful Life,&quot; and &quot;White Christmas&quot; -- but if you&#039;ve seen all those and want another classic, I recommend &quot;The Bishop&#039;s Wife,&quot; with David Niven, as the bishop; Cary Grant,  as an angel; and Loretta Young, as the title character. (The title probably confused/scandalized Roman Catholics when it came out in 1947 -- but Niven is an Episcopal bishop, so he&#039;s allowed to have a wife.)

There was a remake in 1996 with Denzel Washington (The Preacher&#039;s Wife), but I never heard anything good about that one and never saw it.</description>
